Integrity Build Group is a Sonoma County-based General Contractor specializing in custom residential projects including brand new homes, rebuilds, and remodels. Founded on the principle of doing the right thing when no one is looking, our clients know that building a home doesn’t have to be a surprise at every turn.  With a great plan, strong communication, and transparency, building a home can be an enjoyable process. We work hard to help our clients see the upcoming needs and obstacles, and even harder to help them through those challenges. As a result, our relationships with our clients last much longer than our projects.

Who We Are

Tony has a passion for building and always knew from a young age that this was his career path. He graduated from Chico State with a degree in Construction Management. He was a Project Manager with DPR Construction in the bay area focusing on life science, healthcare and technical tenant improvements for high profile clients. Born and raised in Sonoma County, Tony felt a strong urge to relocate his family back to his hometown following the fires to help rebuild the community he loves.

He is best known for maintaining strong relations with clients, the design team and subcontractors as well as his ability to guide a team through high stress situations calm and collectively. He is well versed in project delivery which requires collaboration, communication, and transparency in order to achieve a successful project from pre-construction through project completion. Outside of work you can find Tony enjoying time with his wife and two girls!

Tim Kelley, Principal

Born and raised in the Bay Area, Tim’s passion for Real Estate began in 1994, earning his way through college working for a General Contractor.  After graduating from the University of San Diego with a BBA in Management and Marketing, he worked for a Real Estate Investment Trust in Menlo Park, CA.  The allure of Silicon Valley drew Tim to IT sales, where he spent the next 15 years leading teams contributing to a common goal.

In 2005, he purchased his first project in San Francisco, and left sales in 2014 to focus on development full time. In addition to his own projects, Tim opened an Owner’s Representative firm to keep up with requests from other owners wanting help managing their Real Estate investments and navigating the development process.

Tim resides in Healdsburg, CA with his wife and 2 children.
